Bidwells advises Schroders Capital on Southwark scheme

Acquired with vacant possession through Schroders Capital’s UK Real Estate Impact Fund (SCREIF), the development comprises 58 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and landscaped terracing for the sole use of residents
The residences will be let at Discounted Market Rent, with initial rents capped at no more than 70 percent of local market levels.  The homes will be offered fully furnished and fitted with modern appliances, allowing residents to move in immediately.
