      Speakers and Panelists

The Environment Act 2021 has received Royal Assent and the secondary legislation is expected to be in place by late 2023. This means nature will become central to future planning decisions. Developers will be required to submit a biodiversity net gain plan alongside their calculations using the government’s approved metric.
