Milton Keynes continues to attract strong occupier interest, supported by healthy demand and positive rental growth prospects.

Although take-up in the Milton Keynes office market in the first half of 2026 was slightly below par, there was a significant amount of space under offer at mid-year and requirements from occupiers looking for space remain high. One third of requirements come from businesses outside Milton Keynes, highlighting the continuing success of the city in attracting inward investment.
