The dearth of quality offices is placing pressure on rents, including secondary stock, spurring further refurbishment activity. Requirements for high quality space will persist, particularly as the arrival of Unity Place, Santander’s UK HQ and tech hub, reinforces the city’s position as a tech cluster.
