The 62 ha scheme will generate biodiversity units of various habitat types.
Developers can secure biodiversity units for the following habitat types:

- Lowland deciduous woodland
- Scrub
- Traditional Orchards
- Ponds

The site is located approx. 200m north of Elstree, within the Hertsmere Borough Council.
