Rural Surveyor

Rosanna is a Rural Surveyor based in the Perth Office, undertaking private estate management and professional work across Perthshire and Angus.

Rosanna qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018. Her experience includes the management of estate and farm portfolios, employees, agricultural leases and sporting lets. In addition, she has experience in Compulsory Purchase negotiations, acting for a number of clients in relation to the dualling of the A9 Perth – Inverness trunk road.

Rosanna hails from a farming background in Morayshire, providing her with practical land management experience directly from industry which was furthered during her studies at the Scottish Agricultural College.

Her skills cover the full range of rural estate management including landlord and tenant negotiations, maintenance and repair of residential, agricultural and commercial properties and financial planning and budgeting for rural businesses.

She is an RICS Registered Valuer and has experience in carrying out rural estate and sporting valuations.

  • Acting for a number of significant landowners affected by the A9 dualling project from Perth – Glen Garry
  • Management of a number of traditional Scottish estates, farming portfolios and sporting enterprises
  • Assisting with a range of rural property valuations and rural agency work.
  • Working in association with Ofgem and SSE to bring forward a VISTA project on private land in Highland Perthshire
  • Negotiating compensation for a number of large utility wayleaves including the refurbishment of the Clunie – Coupar Angus line.
