A trusted advisor to all his clients, you can rely on Richard to act effectively and efficiently.

Our Head of Cambridge Office strives to make Bidwells better. From driving the refurbishment of our very own Bidwell House and hatching the idea of relocating our Cambridge-based residential team to a new office closer to home, Richard cares deeply about the firm and the work we do.
Described as humble and dedicated, he is always at hand to listen and create innovative solutions for his client’s opportunities. Regularly working on high profile properties in the heart of Cambridge’s city centre, and for many Cambridge colleges, Richard tackles challenges head on.
His work on refurbishing King’s Parade is no exception – consulting both King’s and Corpus Christi colleges on the parade’s refurbishment spanned many years. Richard’s diligence and enthusiasm working on this high-profile location set the scene for our building consultancy team, allowing us to thrive and expand our service offer.
As a trustee of the East of England Building Preservation Trust, Richard’s work not only benefits Bidwells but the wider industry.
