Karen has over 18 years’ building surveying experience working in the property and construction industry.

Since graduating she has achieved Chartered status and has also qualified as a RICS Assessor. Karen joined Bidwells in 2012 to oversee the development of building consultancy in Milton Keynes.

Karen specialises in complex and substantial dilapidation matters. She has a strong track record of results for both landlord and tenant clients by forming a clear, early strategy which suits the objectives of the client.

Karen has gathered vast experience in managing repair, refurbishment and fit out projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £2m.

Such projects include managing the construction process around fully functioning facilities.
