Having worked on both the corporate and investor sides of property for 20+ years, Claire uses her unique insight to get the best results for her clients. She has advised across a range of property portfolios owned or occupied by international corporate occupiers, to major regulated UK water companies and higher education establishments.

Building strong, long-lasting relationships coupled with her diligence and passion to make property assets work for both investors and occupiers results in sustained investment performance. Working with physical assets and seeing them evolve over time is what Claire finds particularly enjoyable about working in property.
Her innovative strategy is a vital part of her work with university colleges. She is also currently responsible for the financial performance and property and facilities management of an extensive retail and office investment portfolio that neighbours her client’s operational properties in a historic city centre, creating opportunities and challenges as well as influencing placemaking.
Whilst the retail marketplace is rapidly changing, amplified by the recent impacts of the Covid pandemic, Claire uses her skills to embrace change and support her clients’ long-term investment and sustainability goals.
She promotes a collaborative and progressive approach within her team to obtain best performance.
