The four firms up for one of the biggest awards of the evening at the 19th EG Awards are: Savills, Knight Frank, Colliers and Bidwells.

This category is for all UK real estate advisory businesses that have at least eight administrative offices around the UK and an annual turnover in excess of £40m.

The nomination comes two weeks after Bidwells were named Alternatives specialist of the Year 2022 by Property Week.

Nick Pettit, Senior Partner at Bidwells said, “Making the shortlist alongside some of real estate’s biggest names for one of the most sought after EG Awards is exciting news for us all.

“The Science and Technology sector is one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking areas of real estate and we’re thrilled that our work in this ever-changing market is getting this kind of recognition.”

In 2022, Bidwells posted a record turnover, delivering over £700m worth of Science & Tech deals and transacting over 1m sq ft of industrial space.

The firm is now also providing 28 specialist Sustainability services for forward-looking investors, developers and landowners striving to meet their ESG goals.

Judges will pick the firm that can prove they have been a market leader during 2023 and have adapted to the challenges brought about by the pandemic to ensure that their business remained successful.

The winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor House in London on 17 October.
