With a tight timetable, The Savoy needed rapid approval to redecorate its Grade II listed space. We have worked with Gordon Ramsay Holdings for over 15 years during which time, we have built a strong relationship, meaning we could anticipate the client’s needs and deliver a swift result.

Overlooking the River Thames and located within the Savoy Conservation Area, this project required our special attention. We worked diligently to ensure that the requisite listed building consent was secured in a timely fashion. 

Protecting the historical integrity of the building was one of the most important elements of our work. Working closely with the City of Westminster’s planning department was vital and with their insight, we prepared planning, heritage and design and access statements for the prestigious building. 

Our strong rapport with the local planning authority and our experience in the hospitality sector helped us to deliver a dedicated and informed service throughout the planning process.  

Catering to both the prestige of the building and our client’s demandsthe restaurant’s planning application was completed in quick time.
