With a focus on Oxfordshire’s science and technology sector, Rob works with strategic campuses and business parks across the region, including the Harwell Campus, Westcott Venture Park and Oxford Technology Park. The retained transactions advisor to Oxford Sciences Enterprise's portfolio of 80+ technology companies, Rob advises on property acquisitions and real estate strategy.
With a focus on office and laboratories as well as hybrid industrial buildings, he has the right experience to assist you in your property acquisition or disposal. Rob always collaboratively with his clients from the project’s conception, right through until it’s completed.
He is involved in projects that are delivering millions of sq ft of new offices, laboratories, R&D and manufacturing buildings across the region.
