Our head of mixed-use development spends much of his time helping Bidwells’ biggest clients make the right decisions. Patrick has the knack of simplifying the complex - a skill honed over 30 years in property.
He leads our involvement in mixed use urban development projects, driving the pace for our clients and coordinating our specialist teams to provide clear and cohesive strategic advice.
Patrick lives and breathes the knowledge economy and is advising on major innovation districts in Oxford, Cambridge and Milton Keynes, where the UK’s top university researchers are collaborating with private capital to help solve the world’s biggest problems.
Patrick also advises the Government on the Oxford to Cambridge Arc economic area, having led a coalition of property’s biggest names in successfully lobbying ministers for stronger economic policy in support of the UK’s knowledge industries.
