Over his 21 years at Bidwells, Matthew has worked with more than 15 Cambridge colleges. Today, he’s working with many to create a sustainable future - delivering property upgrades that focus on energy efficiency and greener heating and cooling methods, including targeting EnerPHit standards.
Detailed design and delivery are where Matthew brings exceptional skill, project managing a spectrum of projects from heritage to new-build, refurbishments, student accommodation, HMOs, tennis courts, and even equestrian. His journey with Tattersalls has involved multiple projects, creating 80+ horseboxes and supporting facilities.
Matthew has a keen interest in residential projects, having proudly built his own house and converting, refurbishing and building numerous properties around Cambridge for clients. He’s managed the construction of several new build residential developments, including new dwellings and apartments for the Pemberton estate, and for Jesus College.
