Joining Bidwells after a career with Scottish Power – 17 years’ of which focussed on its renewable energy portfolio – Lesley knows the electricity industry watts and all. And as a specialist in estate management, she is a key part of our thriving renewable energy team.
Her attention to detail and organisational skills are of huge benefit to our clients and Lesley is driven to deliver the best possible service, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to land agreements and rental payments.
Lesley thrives on the variety of her role and seeks the optimum service delivery for our clients in this specialised and growing market. With a keen eye on the future, Lesley is interested in integrating new technology and re-powering strategies within the UK’s renewable infrastructure.
She is particularly skilled at understanding the patchwork of interests that commonly arise in the development of a renewables project. From inception to conclusion, and thereafter the ongoing estate management, she ensures that all the pieces fall into place at the appropriate time.
