Laura works with a diverse mix of clients, properties and projects, travelling across the country to support estates of all types and scales. This exposure gives her a valuable perspective and allows her to approach challenges with fresh thinking.

She enjoys helping clients achieve their objectives, particularly where strategic planning and diversification can create new opportunities. Securing planning consent, shaping long-term strategies and seeing projects move from concept to reality are among the most rewarding aspects of her work.

Laura’s career has included involvement in several high-profile projects. She has worked on strategic estate reviews that have evolved into long-term management and agency instructions. These projects have given her experience of both the big-picture strategy and the day-to-day realities of estate management.

One project that stands out is the Nuneham Estate. Laura initially assisted with a strategic review before becoming involved in its ongoing management. Working closely with tenants, staff and the wider estate team allowed her to build an understanding of the property and develop strong client relationships. This knowledge has proved invaluable as the project has progressed and the estate has moved to the sales stage.

Laura works with clients across a national area. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and continued development.
