With a family background in estate agency and hands on experience working with contractors, Investment and Property Management’s diverse portfolio of clients and properties fully utilise his skills.
James has worked on a diverse range of projects with many cross-divisional opportunities. He particularly enjoys team collaboration and working with a wide variety of clients.
A recent instruction of a 1970s industrial estate in Hitchin required vision, patience and ingenuity to bring the site back to life. From liaising with current tenants to attracting new ones, the job required a diligent approach. Through good on-site communication and the implementation of several improvements, the site has retained its high level of occupancy - a success for the client.
Rational and pragmatic, James also reviews government legislation on service charges in order to deliver key points to the rest of the firm and ensure we properly implement new legislation into our work.
