Once described as having ‘dogged determination and an infectious enthusiasm’, Fleur works hard to motivate her team and colleagues, giving them the confidence to go out and win work as well as getting involved herself.
With one eye always on the business objectives, Fleur focuses her efforts and energy into targeting and pitching for work within our focus areas within the Golden Triangle, specifically Science and Technology.
As well as enjoying the high level thinking and aiming big, Fleur likes the detail and takes the time to think things through properly. As well as being creative at home with her craft making and love of gardening, Fleur likes to be innovative whenever she can at work too and likes to keep people on their toes.
Moving up from Dorset in 2016 and having to establish herself in a new market, she knows what it takes to bring her colleagues on that journey too. The biggest buzz she gets is when things ‘click’ and we start to see results.
