Primarily working with property developers within the energy and renewables sector, Ash focuses on identifying sites for battery storage and solar energy development. From the initial introduction to agreeing exclusivity of agreement, continuous engagement with landowners is key to ensure the best outcome is achieved for his clients.
Prior to joining Bidwells, Ash worked as a Land Officer at National Grid covering the North East England region, where he was responsible for access to land processes, drafting instructions and ensuring smooth processes were implemented across projects. He took a hands-on role across projects, responsible for liaising with all parties including land agents and landowners.
Ash has also previously owned his own company in the events industry, where he managed large-scale events across the UK. He transfers the project management skills developed during this time to his current role, using his excellent stakeholder management skills, whilst always aiming to increase efficiencies to optimise the success of projects.
