As a chartered member of the RTPI, Amy seeks to remain at the forefront of new developments, legislative changes and the latest planning knowledge. She has experience dealing with complex planning applications that frequently involve heritage and other sensitive issues.
Working across Norfolk, Suffolk and London, Amy works diligently to lead the planning process for residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. She has experience negotiating with Local Planning Authorities and stakeholders on a wide range of issues throughout the planning process. She focuses on building strong relationships with both her clients and Local Planning Authorities in order to secure planning consent.
Amy has recently been involved in leading schemes, which will provide 100% much needed affordable housing to meet the needs for future generations. As part of the Norwich Planning Team, she is also at the forefront of schemes affected by Nutrient Neutrality and is keen to be part of the process, which enables planning applications for overnight accommodation to progress without significant delay.


What’s next for Nutrient Neutrality in Norfolk?
Six months since Natural England increased the list of habitat sites to include the Broads and the River Wensum, Amy Robinson, Senior Planner, reflects on the progress that has been made in identifying suitable mitigation strategies and allowing development for overnight accommodation to progress within the Nutrient Neutrality catchment areas.
