Alex’s proactive approach to his work ensures that services are delivered to clients punctually but with a high attention to detail.
Alex works with institutional portfolios, including Cambridge colleges, Diocesan Boards of Finance and other institutions - making a positive change to a client’s portfolio is what drives him. His experience ranges from estate management and landlord and tenant matters to strategic development sites, which enables him to deliver positive results across a portfolio.
Alongside his institutional clients, Alex works with Gridserve, who is pioneering electric vehicle charging solutions. Bidwells is instructed to source sites for Electric ForecourtsTM to significantly improve the electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the South East and Alex is enjoying the opportunity to be at the forefront of this important and exciting emerging sector.
Alex is an RICS Registered Valuer and has experience of valuing a range of rural properties.
