Martin deals with a wide variety of properties, and his knowledge and experience of working with industrial units, offices, labs and retail is extensive. From advising large institutions to local business, university colleges and public sector bodies, he loves the variety of people and projects that he interacts with on a daily basis.

His work takes him nationwide, from project managing the refurbishment of a Grade II* Listed former public house to a large portfolio inspection for a large commercial client, where the brief was to survey 290 properties in just three months.

Whatever the project, he will seek to fully understand your requirements to ensure you are well informed on the process, and provide practical advice to make sure your goals are met.

Martin 15 years’ experience in the industry have enabled him to amass wealth of knowledge, which he enjoys passing down to junior members of his team.
