Acquisition of a multiplex cinema adjacent to Grafton Shopping Centre, Cambridge

An eight screen multiplex cinema of approximately 32,100 sq ft let to Vue Entertainment Ltd on a lease expiring in 2022. The acquisition merges the asset into Legal and General’s wider ownership of the Grafton Centre, a 420,000 sq ft shopping scheme currently undergoing major refurbishment by the fund.
