Double Success in Negotiator Award Shortlist for Bidwells Residential

Bidwells have been shortlisted for Regional Agency of the Year: East of England and Land & New Homes Specialist of the Year.

In its 13-year existence The Negotiator Awards has established itself as the leading awards programme for estate and letting agents in the UK and their suppliers. The Negotiator Awards are organised by Propertydrum Ltd, publisher of the residential property trade magazine, The Negotiator.

Head of Residential at Bidwells, David Bentley, said:

“This is a fabulous achievement for the Cambridge Residential team, especially being shortlisted finalists for both categories. It is certainly a positive and highlights the amazing accomplishments we have managed to achieve over a difficult period. 

Throughout the Covid-19 crisis we provided over 400 video property tours to clients. We continued to actively work with developers across the Cambridge-Oxford Arc. In addition to our efforts over the past year, we are involved in 70% of Cambridge’s prime new city developments, were the first agent in Cambridge to sell a brand new £1million apartment and our Lettings team have achieved the highest rental income for a home in Cambridge.

Our Residential Development Team are actively involved with £775m worth of short/medium term agency land, equating to 20,000 plots. We’re also working with 80% of the current top 10 housebuilders in the UK.”

This year the event returns after seeing a Covid-19 related postponement in 2020. The Awards are judged by a panel of 21 industry leaders and residential property experts.

The winners will be announced at an award ceremony on 26 November 2021 at Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
