Bidwells' latest research reveals that the London office market saw a rebound in activity in 2019, with take-up 9% ahead of the 10 year trend.
The West End market was a focus of much of this activity, pushing the availability rate down to a 10 year low.
Rents have risen across the market, with prime West End space returning to pre EU Referendum levels.
