Office supply in Milton Keynes at its lowest level since 2007

While Milton Keynes saw a number of large requirements placed on hold at the start of the COVID-19 crisis, 2020 take up was in line with 2019 levels of activity.
Typically, the volume of space required has been revised downward in recognition of long-term changes to working practices, but also come with a prime office requisite. This presents a challenge with less than 47,000 sq ft of Grade A space available in Milton Keynes and overall office supply standing at its lowest level since 2007.
