Osprey Drive is a bright and modern development of 10 apartments at Trumpington Meadows, South Cambridge. Once our new homes team had introduced, and successfully sold, the whole block to Pencheng Investments, they delightedly entrusted marketing of the units to our lettings team.
With their acute local market knowledge, active database of applicants and creative marketing skills, our lettings team secured enviable rents for our client with a 3.1% yield, and then achieved an uplift of 3% when the apartments were re-let.
