Our Oxford-based business space agency team has been involved in advising on the leasing of the development of the 20-acre site from masterplanning through to delivery.

Our deep understanding of activity across Oxford’s knowledge economy has allowed us to support the elevation of the profile of Oxford Technology Park and facilitate discussions with prospective tenants looking to lease bespoke laboratory, office and hi-tech space.

In 2022, our Capital Markets team acted for the developer in the sale of the Park, securing Life Science REIT as a buyer for the Park at a purchase price of £120m. The team also secured £62m of forward funding from Life Science REIT for the next phases of the Park’s development.

The park will now see over 100,000 sq ft constructed in three separate schemes on the park, including the lab-enabled offices in Building One and the terrace of flexible technology units in IQ.
