Hill Street Holdings has designed office, laboratory and flexible hi-tech buildings to cater specifically for Oxford’s burgeoning life science and deep-tech sectors.
We joined the client’s commercial agency team prior to construction commencing on site. Our deep understanding of activity across Oxford’s knowledge economy allowed us to elevate the profile of Oxford Technology Park and facilitate numerous discussions with prospective tenants.
The first pre-let agreement was reached for a 49,000 sq ft bespoke laboratory, office and logistics building to Native Antigen, one of the world’s leading suppliers of infectious disease antigens and antibodies.
The park will now see over 100,000 sq ft constructed in three separate schemes on the park, including the lab-enabled offices in Building One and the terrace of flexible technology units in IQ.
