Clarendon Industrial Park, a multi-let estate, forms part of the Wymbush employment area in Milton Keynes

In 2018, our lease consultancy team conducted a rent review on a large self-contained warehouse on the park, Optima 130, on behalf of the landlord Coal Pension Properties, care of La Salle Investment Management.  Following skilled research and negotiation, we achieved a 10% uplift in rent at review.   

The unit, which benefits from 10 tailgate and seven drive-in loading doors, and an eaves height of 6.6m, is let to German company Thyssenkrupp Aerospace, who provide supply chain management to many of the world’s leading aerospace and defence companies. 

Our commercial agents, who have been marketing various units on the park, from 4,500 to 20,000 sq ft., successfully let unit 5 to manufacturer Kasto, who relocated to the Milton Keynes park in part due to its beneficial links with ThyssenKrupp.
