Restricted by the council to run during a set time of the year, Covid-19 posed an enforced but exciting opportunity to run the society’s first ever autumnal show.
The show had several restrictive conditions in place and we had to address these in order to obtain technical approval. We had to account for reduced visitor capacity - lowering the number of visitors from 160,000 to 140,000 and increasing the length of the event from five days to six ensured the event could go ahead safely.

Dedicated to achieving the right permission on time and in budget, we consulted the local planning authority at every stage.
