However, it wasn’t a straightforward planning process as it included the conversion of the curtilage listed 18th century High Barn into a boutique events space and the installation of a high-quality marquee, together with consent to replace it with a permanent structure in three years’ time. 

We managed the project from start to finish and identified the best fit in terms of wedding and hospitality operators to work with our client throughout the development stage and to eventually run the finished venues.

The project also involved the extensive refurbishment of the beautiful Grade II listed Georgian mansion house, Bressingham Hall, to accommodate a total of 19 guests with exclusive use of the luxurious surroundings
