      Moving people and things into a building after construction can be a stressful proposition, or even a logistical nightmare. We help to streamline and make things as pain-free as possible.

      We will develop a clear plan when moving and settling in your occupants. Our no-surprises approach helps to de-risk and de-burden the whole process.

      Our typical project management service doesn’t just stop when the building works do, it continues right through to your occupants moving in. We define from the beginning what the soft landings approach looks like and how it will be implemented.

      Moving your occupants in on ‘moving day’ should be exciting and not something to cause concern. Working extensively with you; guiding you, even hand holding if necessary, we give assurance for a well-planned, efficient and smooth sailing transition.

      With short staffing being a common concern, we help to lighten your load by managing the logistics for you. We have a hands-on approach to authorising, training and building familiarisation – we even produce starter packs.
