      Our people

      Our team is growing to continue to support driving development in Oxfordshire.

      At the end of 2021 Grant Westall-Reece joined us to take the role of Head of Residential Development for our Oxford office. With a diverse range of experience, spanning four decades, in the residential development world, Grant brings expertise from his work within commercial investment, asset management, and the industrial and logistics sector.

      In May 2022 our Oxford team grew further when Turnberry Planning joined the family. Chris Pattison, Bidwells' new Deputy Head of Planning brought his team with him along with 20 years’ experience in the public sector and commercial property consultancy and is currently representing nine Oxford colleges, as well as advising Oxford University Development and Oxford Brookes University.

      Tom has vast experience of repurposing property into award-winning facilities, presently he is heavily involved in the Ashmolean Museum’s plans to redevelop their City Centre site and Oxford Sciences Innovation on numerous fit-out projects.
