Barking and Dagenham
The existing Local Plan (Core Strategy) was adopted 2010. The Issues and Options document for the replacement Local Plan was the subject of consultation in July 2015. The Local Development Scheme 2019 states the Regulation 19 Draft Local Plan will be published for consultation from October to December 2019 with adoption of the Local Plan anticipated in December 2020.

Barnet
The Local Development Scheme states anticipated adoption of the draft Local Plan in winter 2020. The draft Local Plan is still being prepared and the Issues and Options Consultation (Regulation 18) is yet to begin. In the meantime, key policy documents (Core Strategy and Development Management Policies) date to 2012.

Bexley
The council consulted on its Issues and Options (Regulation 18) document in March/April 2019. The Local Development Framework timetable sets out that the publication of the Bexley Draft Local Plan (Regulation 19) will take place in September/October 2019 with an anticipated adoption in February 2021. Once adopted, the Local Plan will replace the Core Strategy (2012) and saved UDP policies (2004).

Brent
Brent consulted on its preferred options from November 2018 to January 2019. The Proposed Submission Consultation (Regulation 19) is scheduled for 2019, however this has not yet occurred. The council has an anticipated adoption of the new Local Plan by the end of 2020, this will replace the Core Strategy (2010).

Bromley
The Bromley Local Plan was adopted in January 2019.  

Camden
The Camden Local Plan was adopted in July 2017 and covers the period from 2016-2031.

City of London
The City of London’s existing Local Plan was adopted in 2015. The council concluded its Regulation 18 consultation in February 2019 and expects to hold its Regulation 19 consultation on the draft Local Plan towards autumn 2019/early 2020. It is anticipated that submission of the draft Local Plan to the Secretary of State will occur in spring 2020.

Croydon
The Croydon Local Plan was adopted in February 2018. A partial review is underway, with the publication of the preferred and alternative options (Regulation 18) proposed for autumn 2019. Adoption is anticipated in January 2022.

Ealing
The current Local Plan comprises the Core Strategy (2012), Development Sites and Development Management Policies (both 2013). The Local Development Scheme is currently out of date.

Enfield
Enfield undertook its first formal consultation (Regulation 18) from December 2018 to February 2019. The next stage of proposed Local Plan preparation will be subject to further consultation (Regulation 19) in spring 2020. The estimated date for adoption is 2021 and will supersede the current Core Strategy (2010).

Greenwich
The current Local Plan consists of the Core Strategy, Policies Map and Site Allocations (all dated 2014). The Site Allocations Plan is currently being prepared. The Regulation 18 Consultation on the Site Allocations Preferred Approach is taking place from 16 August 2019 to 11 October 2019. It is anticipated that a Regulation 19 consultation will be held in early 2020 prior to submitting to the Secretary of State.

Hackney
Examination hearings on the Hackney Local Plan took place in June 2019. A schedule of modifications was published in July 2019 and are being considered by the Inspector at the current time.

Hammersmith and Fulham
The Hammersmith and Fulham Local Plan was adopted by the council in February 2018, replacing the Core Strategy (2011) and the Development Management Local Plan (2013). There are currently no reviews proposed.

Haringey
Haringey’s development plan is currently made up of the Strategic Policies, Development Management Policies, Site Allocations and Tottenham Area Action Plan. These were adopted in July 2017.

Harrow
Harrow’s Local Plan currently consists of the Core Strategy (2010), Development Management (2015), Site Allocations (2016) and adopted Area Action Plans. A period of consultation on the Draft Local Plan regarding the Issues and Options (Regulation 18) took place between October and December 2019, with the final consultations taking place in summer 2019. A pre-submission consultation (Regulation 19) is expected to take place in early 2020. The Harrow Plan is anticipated to be adopted in early 2021.

Havering
The Havering Local Plan (2016-2031) was the subject of Examination in Public in May 2019. The council submitted a modification table to the Inspector in August 2019 and is awaiting a response.  

Hillingdon
The Hillingdon Local Plan Part 2 post examination hearing consultations closed on May 2018. The council is anticipating the Inspector’s Report by the end of August 2019 and no review of the Local Plan Part 1: Strategic Policies has yet been undertaken.

Hounslow
The Hounslow Local Plan was adopted in September 2015 and covers the period until 2030. The council is undertaking Local Plan Reviews for Great West Corridor, West of Borough and Site Allocations. These documents are currently the subject of public consultation (Regulation 19) until 24 September 2019. The Local Development Scheme is out of date.

Islington
The council is currently reviewing the adopted Local Plan, with key policy documents being made up of the Core Strategy (2011), Development Management Policies and Finsbury Local Plan (2013). The council consulted on a Regulation 18 draft of the new Local Plan between November 2018 and January 2019. The responses to this consultation are now being analysed before moving ahead with preparation of a Regulation 19 draft Local Plan. There is no Local Development Scheme available on the council’s website.

Kensington and Chelsea
Examination hearings on the Local Plan Partial Review took place in February/March 2018. A main modifications consultation has since been undertaken and the Inspector’s Report was published on 31 July 2019. The Council formerly adopted its Local Plan Partial Review on 11 September 2019.

Kingston upon Thames
The new Local Plan will replace the current Local Plan (2012) and Kingston Town Centre Area Action Plan (2008). An early engagement consultation (Regulation 18) was undertaken between May and July 2019. The Local Development Scheme outlines a Regulation 19 consultation in spring 2020 with adoption anticipated in winter 2021/22.

Lambeth
A partial review of the Lambeth Local Plan (2015) is currently being undertaken. Consultation on the Draft Revised Lambeth Local Plan (Regulation 18) was held between October and December 2018. The Local Development Scheme sets out a Regulation 19 consultation being held during Q3 2019/2020 and anticipates adoption in during Q2 2020/21.

Lewisham
The current Lewisham Local Development Framework includes the Core Strategy (2011), Site Allocations (2013), Development Management (2014) and Policies Map (2015). The council undertook a Regulation 18 consultation that ended in November 2015. The Local Development Scheme (2018) sets out that a Regulation 19 consultation will take place during Q2 2019. This has not yet been undertaken and it can be considered that the local development scheme is out of date.

London Legacy Development Corportion
The Legacy Corporation submitted its Draft Revised Local Plan to the Secretary of State on 8 March 2019. Examination Hearings are set to commence on 17 September 2019. The Local Development Scheme anticipates adoption in October 2019 and will replace the current Local Plan and Policies Map (both 2015).

Merton
Existing Local Plan includes Merton's Sites and Policies Plan (2014), Core Strategy (2011) and Policies Map (2014). The council has already undertaken two rounds of consultation at Regulation 18 stage. A third stage is scheduled for September-October 2020 with a Regulation 19 consultation anticipated in spring 2021. The new Local Plan is anticipated for adoption in winter 2021.

Newham
The Local Plan was formally adopted by the council in December 2018. No reviews are planned at the current time.

Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation
The draft Local Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State on 4 October 2018. Hearing sessions were held between May and July 2019. The council is now awaiting the Inspector’s Report.

Redbridge
The Redbridge Local Plan was adopted at council in March 2018 and covers the period from 2015-2030. There are no reviews planned at the current time.

Richmond upon Thames
The Richmond Local Plan was adopted in July 2018 and covers the period from 2012-2028. There are no reviews planned at the current time.

Southwark
The proposed submission version of the New Southwark Plan was the subject of a second round of consultation (Regulation 19) between March and May 2019. The plan is anticipated for adoption in July 2021. In the meantime, key policy documents are made up of Saved Southwark Plan policies (2007) and Core Strategy 2011).

Sutton
The Sutton Local Plan was adopted in February 2018 and covers the period from 2016 to 2031. There are no reviews planned at the current time.

Tower Hamlets
The Tower Hamlets Local Plan went through the Examination in Public stage of the Local Plan process in March-May 2019. The council published its suggested Major Modifications and this consultation closed in May 2019. The council is awaiting the Inspector’s Report.

Waltham Forest
The draft Local Plan consultation (Regulation 18) is currently open until 30th September 2019. The Proposed Submission Plan (Regulation 19) is scheduled for consultation in spring 2020 and the Local Plan is anticipated for adoption in spring/summer 2021. This will replace the Core Strategy (2012) and Development Management Policies (2013). 

Wandsworth
The Council is undertaking a full review of the 2016 Local Plan, which currently comprises the Core Strategy, Development Management Policies, Site Specific Allocations Document and Policies Map (all 2016). The Regulation 18 consultation is scheduled to take place in winter 2019 with an anticipated adoption of the Wandsworth Local Plan for autumn 2021.

Westminister
The council undertook a Regulation 19 consultation on the draft City Plan 2019-2040 which closed in July 2019. The representations will be analysed before submission to the Secretary of State in the autumn. It is anticipated the City Plan 2019-2040 will be adopted in spring 2020.
