Principal Planner, Planning

Vivienne has 7 years’ consultancy experience working on a range of mixed-use, residential and commercial schemes, predominantly within Greater London and the South East.

Vivienne spent 5 years working as part of a team at Gerald Eve, providing strategic advice to landowners and developers. The majority of her work related to sites within London, particularly in the City of Westminster, the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea RBKC and the London Borough of Hackney WYG. Vivienne moved to a multi-disciplinary practice, WYG, before moving on to Croydon based surveying practice, SHW. She largely dealt with residential and mixed-use schemes.

Each role was heavily client-facing and Vivienne was responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, including attending strategy and design meetings and pre-application discussions.
