Vicky has a strong background in professional consultancy including rural and specialist poultry sector valuation work. She also advises on compulsory purchase representing farmers and landowners affected by the HS2 Scheme.

Advising farmers and landowners on a range of general agricultural, and valuation matters: Vicky has experience with various landlord and tenant matters and farming arrangements. Advising and arranging tenders, negotiating rent reviews and agreeing end of tenancy matters.

Acting on behalf of the landowner and occupier on a range of compulsory purchase and utility schemes, including the HS2 and East West Rail Schemes. Advising on practical matters including, access agreements and compensation by negotiation for survey work, submission of petitions to the House of Commons and House of Lords. Submission of blight claims and subsequent negotiations of values. Facilitating working compounds and agreement of heads of terms.

Providing valuation advice on a range of rural property, including estate portfolios, farmland, farmhouses for private clients, businesses and trusts for taxation purposes, estate planning, matrimonial disputes, expert witness reports and for secured lending.

As a member of Bidwells' valuation team, she regularly undertakes valuations when required for various high street and private banks. Vicky works closely with the commercial valuation team working between the Oxford and Milton Keynes Offices, undertaking specialist valuation work for the poultry sector, including valuations of hatcheries, broilers, turkey and duck units.
