Tim is a rural chartered surveyor and has been in practice for 14 years. He undertakes valuations, estate management and rural professional work.
Tim specialises in the valuation rural property. He undertakes valuations of agricultural, horticultural and equestrian property for taxation purposes and lending security. He acts for many of the major high street banks as well as private banks and lending institutions. He also provides expert valuation evidence for disputes.
Tim is involved in the strategic management of rural estates for both private and institutional clients.
Tim also undertakes a wide range of rural professional work including the Basic Payment Scheme, stewardship schemes and rights of way.
He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. He was president of the Herts, Beds and Bucks Agricultural Valuers Association in 2009/10 and is currently a director of Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and sits on the Central Council. He is an examiner for the CAAV fellowship exams.
Tim is also a qualified lecturer and previously spent five years lecturing in agriculture.
