Stacey is a chartered town planner with 20 years of planning experience having previously worked in the public sector, and for the last 18 years, for Bidwells.

Stacey has extensive experience gained from leading and managing a variety of major projects to secure planning permissions and development plan allocations.

She has particular skills in negotiating complex issues on planning applications and coordinating environmental impact assessment.

Stacey advises developers and landowners on s106 obligations and community infrastructure levy.

She has provided long term advice for the Masters, Fellows and Scholars of the University of Oxford and its development partners at St Neots, Cambridgeshire and was successful in securing a land allocation for a new sustainable residential quarter to the market town in the Huntingdonshire Core Strategy.

Stacey is leading on the outline planning application and environmental statement. The site is in excess of 160 hectares and has capacity for 2,800 homes and necessary employment, education and retail provision to ensure sustainable and balanced growth.

  • Monitoring of development plans to identify opportunities to promote buildings and land at every stage of the plan process throughout the Milton Keynes and South Midlands Sub-Region and the East and West Midlands
  • Lead consultant on a number of major projects and has particular skills in negotiating complex issues to secure planning permissions and allocations for large-scale development projects
