Patrick is Senior Partner at Bidwells. With more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry, Patrick was elected as Senior Partner in 2010, combining the role with that of Strategic Advisor to some of the firm’s major investment and development clients. 

He is the lead partner for the award-winning CB1 scheme in Cambridge, a key development area of the city, as well as Oxpens, one of the largest development areas in central Oxford. This £200 million mixed-use scheme is a joint venture between Oxford City Council and Nuffield College,

Patrick is working across the Golden Triangle of Cambridge, London and Oxford on mixed-use regeneration schemes where Bidwells provides strategic development advice, financial modelling, funding, planning and leasing services on a co-ordinated basis.
