Lisa is a chartered town planner and practitioner with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment with over nine years’ experience providing planning and environmental advice in the public and private sector.
Lisa is commercially aware and has particular experience providing strategic and technical advice on environmental impact assessment (EIA), sustainability appraisals and masterplan projects. She has led on a range of EIA projects to carefully tailor the EIA strategy alongside planning objectives and to inform the design of schemes.
She has provided advice on a range of projects, including highways, rail and energy infrastructure and urban regeneration projects, and prides herself on coordinating multidisciplinary teams to distil key messages to inform design and devise an EIA strategy which is both flexible and robust.
Before joining Bidwells in 2015 she worked on several large-scale projects, including Crossrail in Central London, tall buildings in the London Docklands and a detailed masterplan and local plan for Kuwait City.
