Socioeconomics specialist providing research for successful planning applications, land promotions, master plans and estate strategies.

      Juliet Clark

Juliet is a Chartered Town Planner with experience in delivering major regeneration projects, strategic development and significant commercial expansions and specialises in the health, well-being and economic benefits those schemes can bring to the community.

She undertakes detailed, researched assessments, giving evidence-based justification for developments and the benefits they could bring to the community and wider strategic vision. Using primary and secondary research, Juliet presents solid arguments on the demand for commercial development, employment provision and necessary community infrastructure, including health facilities, education, community buildings and open space provision. Her calculation of a project’s economic and social value highlights its sustainability.

With two-thirds of local authorities across our markets requiring health impact assessments alongside planning applications, her support gives developers early indication of possible shortfalls and strengthens master plans, designs, planning applications and EIAs.

With clients including Cambridge Science Park, Babraham Research Campus, Grosvenor and David Wilson Homes, Juliet’s tenacious investigative skills, analytical number crunching and astute commercial awareness often results in significant cost efficiencies for developers and can also support land promotion in setting a scheme apart from others.
