Providing strategic advice on the management of mixed property portfolios, Josh helps his clients find new opportunities to spread risk, improve, and enhance the sustainability of their estate and rural assets. Always going the extra mile, he spends his time working from our Oxford and London offices to ensure he provides a high-level of service.
Josh undertakes many high-value portfolio valuations – to include those for secured lending and tax purposes. In addition, he has key knowledge of the poultry sector and can offer his clients specialist consultancy advice.
Josh has previously worked for a firm specialising in sporting estate management which opens many possibilities in terms of his service offering. He is currently a committee member for the Oxfordshire Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust and the Berks and Oxon Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
