Jake is a Chartered Town Planner with over eight years’ experience in the private sector working across a range of residential and commercial projects. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, co-ordinating the undertaking of environmental impact assessments and preparation of screening and scoping reports and environmental statements.

Jake has worked across a range of medium and large scale projects leading multidisciplinary consultant teams in the preparation and submission of planning applications across the East of England and further afield. He provides planning appraisal and strategy advice from the outset, supporting projects with detailed advice throughout preparation, submission and determination. He is experienced in negotiating planning conditions and Section 106 agreements as well as speaking at planning committee.

He also has planning appeal experience relating to residential five year housing land supply.

In addition to his planning skills Jake also prepares EIA screening and scoping reports, provides advice on EIA strategy, co-ordinates technical teams in the undertaking of EIA and prepare environmental statements. This includes advice on subsequent applications and ongoing strategy.
