Greg specialises in the disposal and acquisition of development sites across the eastern region. He has advised landowners and developers on several high-profile transactions and provides a range of consultancy services to help clients identify opportunities, optimise value, and enhance marketability.
He also advices landowners on bringing strategic land forward for development via either self-promotion or securing a development partner to enter a conditional contract, option agreement, or promotion agreement.
Greg has worked on many large and small-scale developments and this vast experience of dealing with a wide range of clients means his communication and people skills are second to none.

2024 has seen several PLC housebuilders returning to the market. The number of sites being launched has increased in Q1 due to the more positive market conditions and we expect activity to continue to increase during the year if the housing market remains stable.
