Greg is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and joined Bidwells in 2019 having previously worked for niche retail and development consultancies.

As part of the Residential Development team, Greg works alongside colleagues advising developers, local authorities, institutional landowners and private individuals on a range of projects.

Greg can offer clients a diverse range of skills in property consultancy, particularly advising on disposal and acquisition of residential development land for landowners and developers, identifying opportunities to optimise value and enhance marketability. 

Greg’s experience also extends to assessing the economic viability of development, including the preparation and interpretation of development appraisals.

Recent projects

  • University of Cambridge, North west development: North West Cambridge Development is the largest single capital development project that the University of Cambridge has undertaken in its 800-year history.  It will deliver a 3,000 dwelling (across a range of tenures including market sale, PRS and retirement living) urban extension to the north-western fringe of Cambridge. Greg acts on behalf of the University of Cambridge, providing valuation advice as well as advising on the disposal strategy for residential market land parcels, in addition to procuring the appointment of development partners.
  • Acting for a major supermarket on the disposal of land in Northamptonshire, Essex and Suffolk.
  • Providing advice to developers on market demand for different commercial uses to identify development options for regeneration schemes in Essex and Hertfordshire.
