Graeme has over 20 years’ experience in coastal and rural property and is a Partner based in the Fort William office.

Graeme has worked in the Fort William office since 2002 and is part of a team delivering full land management services over some 150,000 ha in the west and central Highlands and providing specialist services to clients over land extending to a further 100,000 ha.

Graeme is an RICS Registered Valuer and carries out valuations for a range of clients including secured lending, annual portfolios, taxation, sale and purchase.

He acts for a number of clients with estates throughout the Highlands and Argyll. His clients include private individuals, corporate and public bodies, developers and community groups.

Graeme is the Managing Agent for the Crown Estate, responsible for the management of the coastal portfolio on the west coast of Scotland from the Clyde to Kyle of Lochalsh as well as the Inner Isles.

He has presented expert valuation evidence for Land Court property disputes.

Graeme is the managing agent for the 35,000ft2 Fort William Health Centre and manages and provides professional advice for a number of commercial properties.
