Duarte is dedicated and believes in driving a project forward in a collaborative manner and delivering buildings which exceed the expectations of those involved.
He likes things to be organised and when he starts something he sees it through to the end. Leaving no problem unsolved.
Following his degree in architecture, Duarte studied his master’s in project management. Initially delivering residential extension projects, where he gained experience in the construction side of development and was able to work on the whole project lifecycle not just the design elements.
His goal has always been to create physical structures that can be enjoyed by many for years to come, Duarte’s current clients appreciate both learning spaces, for colleges, and workspaces for commercial businesses.
