A methodical surveyor who thinks outside the box, Daniel takes your projects further than expected and goes above and beyond to do this.

With a HND in structural engineering, not forgetting his first class honours degree in building surveying, Daniel is not only confident in design but understands the intricate detailing and hard graft that goes into a project, having experienced this first-hand with his own house extension and refurbishment, and campervan fit-out!
Always striving to make sure everything is accurate and in order, you can trust Daniel to make sure your project is as compliant and well thought-out as possible.
With experience refurbishing Cambridge college student accommodation, restoring historic listed buildings and carrying out multiple maintenance plans, he has detailed knowledge of projects with historic value. He once had to manage the restoration process of a 16th Century wall painting discovered under modern finishes on a timber framed lath and plaster wall, which without careful management could have been lost forever.
As well as loving the challenge and variety of his job, he is also not afraid to challenge you – ensuring you get what it is you really want from a project to truly stand the test of time.
