Graduate Rural Surveyor

Coral joined Bidwells in 2016, on graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a First-Class Degree in Rural Land Management.

Working within our Oxford team as a graduate rural surveyor, Coral is involved with a variety of sectors and teams including Valuation, Planning, Estate Management, Compulsory Purchase and Agency.

Currently, Coral is also working towards her professional qualification for the RICS and CAAV in 2018.

During her time at Bidwells, Coral has been involved with various projects including numerous large scale valuations, endowment portfolio management and professional representation relating to compulsory purchase.

Recent Projects

Estate Management

  • Involvement with the day to day management of various estates including rent reviews, renewals, budgeting and liaising with dedicated Estate Administrators in respect of the above
  • Supporting on aspects of professional work including portfolio valuations, agency sales and CPO representation

 

Valuation

  • Assisting with a range of valuations for purposes including taxation, secured lending and independent expert
  • Researching planning, property interests, comparables, designations and other relevant due diligence

 

Compulsory Purchase

  • Advising clients in respect of various compulsory purchase schemes including High Speed 2, East-West Rail and Oxford Flood Alleviation Scheme
  • Preparing and submitting compensation claims for various assets and business disturbance.
