Guided by a belief in sustainable buildings meeting the needs of the present without compromising future generations, Charu aims to facilitate less energy consumption in innovative ways supporting with her technical engineering background.
She has an impressive career portfolio, including working on the LEED certification for Facebook's London headquarters and master planning for the Leeds Brewery site.
Her experience extends to collaborations with the Greater London Authority, as well as advising the Government of Wales in Cardiff, and managing decarbonisation studies for Legal and General's Lichfield portfolio, M&G’s mix-use building portfolio and Operational Energy Analysis for Fund manager in Glasgow.
With a passion for sustainability and a client-focused approach, Charu is dedicated to delivering bespoke action plans for clients, guiding them on their journey to Net Zero targets.
Charu has recently qualified as a My Green Lab Ambassador.
